This may be because they closed their browser without clicking on finish when the platform indicated that time was up or that they left the test.<\/p>\n<p>To force the calculation of an &#8220;expired&#8221; test score, the administrator must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>On the Evalart home page, click on the &#8220;Reports&#8221; option, located on the top bar.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the &#8220;View sent tests&#8221; option.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the check icon located to the right of the &#8220;expired&#8221; test.<\/li>\n<li>Clicking on the check icon will force the calculation of the test and you will be able to see the score.
