The first step is to create the process using the \u201cNew Process\u201d in the \u201cProcess\u201d menu. Once a process has been created, you can assign the tests that you want to use in the process to it.<\/p>\n<p>For example, for a process in which you are looking to hire a Java Developer who speaks English, you could use the \u201cJava Developer\u201d test and the English \u201cIntermediate English\u201d test. This is done from the process configuration module.<\/p>\n<p>In this module you can also add the people who will be invited to the process (for processes with invitation) and obtain the link to access the tests of the process (which can be automatically sent by email if desired).<\/p>\n<p>As the candidates respond to the tests, the status of the tests and the detailed results reports become visible.
