Esto puede suceder si hubo problemas t\u00e9cnicos o un cierre accidental de la sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para resolverlo, sigue estos pasos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Confirma con el candidato:<\/strong><br \/>\nContacta al candidato para confirmar si tuvo alg\u00fan problema durante la prueba.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reinicia la prueba:<\/strong><br \/>\nSi el candidato tuvo problemas o no pudo finalizar correctamente, considera reiniciar la prueba. Para ello:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>Ingresa al men\u00fa de <strong>\u201cEvaluaciones\u201d<\/strong> y selecciona la evaluaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/li>\n<li>Ve a la pesta\u00f1a <strong>\u201cCandidatos\u201d<\/strong> y selecciona al candidato afectado.<\/li>\n<li>Haz clic en la opci\u00f3n <strong>\u201cReiniciar prueba\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al reiniciar la prueba, el candidato podr\u00e1 volver a realizarla desde el principio.
