Esse conceito desenvolveu-se e evoluiu juntamente com diferentes tecnologias e m\u00e9todos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ci\u00eancia dos Dados (D.S):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c9 uma ci\u00eancia multidisciplinar cujo principal objetivo \u00e9 converter <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">big data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em dados inteligentes. Tem sido utilizada principalmente em Recursos Humanos pois permite recolher, processar, resumir e transformar <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">big datas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> em bases de dados estruturadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>IA aplicada aos Recursos Humanos<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos os dados e informa\u00e7\u00f5es recolhidos nos Recursos Humanos s\u00e3o chamados de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Big Data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> quando t\u00eam um volume muito elevado. O uso desses dados forma algoritmos que podem fazer previs\u00f5es em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao Talento Humano, por exemplo, os novos candidatos para um cargo ou as compet\u00eancias e capacidades que cada trabalhador possui. Permitem tamb\u00e9m, avaliar o desempenho para estabelecer objetivos e estimar os resultados do trabalho a ser realizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos dias de hoje, tornou-se uma pr\u00e1tica cada vez mais comum analisar o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poll<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de talentos, utilizando big data e ferramentas digitais para medir, compreender e comunicar o desempenho dos trabalhadores; tais fatores est\u00e3o relacionados com o pessoal, opera\u00e7\u00f5es e gest\u00e3o dos talentos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um exemplo do uso de IA na an\u00e1lise de Recursos Humanos \u00e9 a filmagem de entrevistas de emprego, em que s\u00e3o analisados sinais verbais e n\u00e3o verbais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A an\u00e1lise humana ou an\u00e1lise de Recursos Humanos refere-se \u00e0 utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de dados individuais de pessoas que permitem aos profissionais dos Recursos Humanos e gestores organizacionais tomarem as decis\u00f5es corretas ao contratar pessoas. Esse processo vai desde a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos melhores candidatos, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de poss\u00edveis promo\u00e7\u00f5es, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">performance<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e escolha de futuros l\u00edderes de departamento, at\u00e9 a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de afastamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>IA aplicada ao recrutamento<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um dos focos na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">big data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nos Recursos Humanos \u00e9 otimizar o recrutamento de novos talentos nas empresas, mensurando assim o compromisso da equipe de acordo com a cultura da companhia. Dessa forma, reduzem-se as hip\u00f3teses de lideran\u00e7as falhas, lideran\u00e7a esta que pode representar um custo muito elevado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A IA ajuda a otimizar o tempo e a informa\u00e7\u00e3o durante as diferentes fases do processo de recrutamento, como por exemplo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Na publica\u00e7\u00e3o das ofertas de vagas na Internet:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ao publicar a oferta de emprego na Internet, as empresas recebem um volume consider\u00e1vel de curr\u00edculos.
