Os primeiros foram utilizados na Fran\u00e7a com o objetivo de identificar estudantes que possam necessitar de mais apoio durante os seus estudos. Desde ent\u00e3o, os testes de intelig\u00eancia, conhecidos como testes de QI (Quociente de Intelig\u00eancia), t\u00eam sido amplamente utilizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se voc\u00ea \u00e9 recrutador ou l\u00edder de uma \u00e1rea e procura testes de intelig\u00eancia para avaliar os candidatos nos seus processos de sele\u00e7\u00e3o, a plataforma de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da Evalart \u00e9 uma excelente alternativa: <a href=\"\/\/evalart.com\/pb\/pruebas-psicometricas\">Plataforma de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Evalart<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como o nome sugere, os testes de Quociente de Intelig\u00eancia destinam-se a medir o grau de intelig\u00eancia de uma pessoa, sendo muito comum que estes testes resultem em um n\u00famero conhecido como QI. Mas o que significa exatamente este n\u00famero? Este n\u00famero n\u00e3o \u00e9 exatamente uma pontua\u00e7\u00e3o, mas sim uma escala baseada numa distribui\u00e7\u00e3o normal com m\u00e9dia 100 e desvio padr\u00e3o de 15. A explica\u00e7\u00e3o estat\u00edstica disso \u00e9 provavelmente um assunto para outro artigo, mas o importante de compreender \u00e9 que, por exemplo, uma pessoa com um QI de 130 n\u00e3o \u00e9 30% mais inteligente do que uma pessoa com um QI de 100. Uma pessoa com QI de 130 est\u00e1 dois desvios padr\u00e3o acima da m\u00e9dia, ou seja, mais inteligente que aproximadamente 96% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o (enquanto uma pessoa com QI de 100 \u00e9 mais inteligente que 50% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas o que um teste de intelig\u00eancia mede exatamente? Embora a resposta pare\u00e7a \u00f3bvia, na realidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma pergunta t\u00e3o simples. A raz\u00e3o para isto \u00e9 porque intelig\u00eancia \u00e9 um termo abstrato e bastante amplo, de fato, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 consenso sobre o que \u00e9 precisamente a intelig\u00eancia. O principal foco dos testes de intelig\u00eancia \u00e9 geralmente o racioc\u00ednio l\u00f3gico, ou seja, ser capaz de resolver problemas, reconhecer padr\u00f5es, etc. Mas e um m\u00fasico que consegue compor pe\u00e7as extraordin\u00e1rias, uma pessoa que se lembra da ordem de 52 cartas ou um mestre de xadrez? Tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o todos eles g\u00eanios?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H\u00e1 muitos tipos de intelig\u00eancia e, portanto, muitos aspectos que um teste deve medir para ser verdadeiramente abrangente, algumas mais f\u00e1ceis de medir do que outras.
