Estima-se que aproximadamente 10% dos recrutadores utilizam este teste. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">O teste evoluiu mantendo a sua estrutura b\u00e1sica. Existem duas vers\u00f5es do PAPI. Uma destas vers\u00f5es \u00e9 baseada na sele\u00e7\u00e3o de uma das duas afirma\u00e7\u00f5es que melhor descreve o candidato, embora ambas nem sempre estejam relacionadas.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A outra vers\u00e3o tem o prop\u00f3sito de avaliar numa escala de sete valores uma afirma\u00e7\u00e3o relacionada com o trabalho ou ambiente profissional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recentemente, surgiu uma terceira vers\u00e3o, derivada das duas primeiras e especificamente aplicada a problemas mais avan\u00e7ados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos do teste<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Os objetivos do teste de Kostick s\u00e3o identificar os defeitos e qualidades do candidato, bem como os tra\u00e7os espec\u00edficos da sua personalidade, a fim de validar o seu perfil tanto no momento da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o como para o seu desenvolvimento interno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do teste de Kostick<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">O teste tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de aproximadamente vinte minutos. O recrutaqdor pode propor at\u00e9 126 afirma\u00e7\u00f5es para escolher ou qualificar. Pode ser aplicado a partir dos 16 anos de idade e analisa o comportamento da pessoa no local de trabalho. Desta forma, pode obter informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o potencial que os empregados podem desenvolver dentro do seu cargo na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do teste de Kostick<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o do teste \u00e9 trabalhosa.
