As the candidates respond to the questionnaires, you can see the results reports. To see the particular reports of a process, go to the “Processes” menu and select “List of Processes”. Here you can choose the selection process results that you want to view. You will see a list of all the Questionnaire Instances (the questionnaires created for each person) and their statuses. In this list you can see the instances created, those that are in progress (initiated by a candidate), or those that are completed (already answered). In order to view a detailed report, click on the candidate´s score (or N/A if it does not have a score).
Click “Evaluation List” in order to see a list of all the tests in process. Click “Ranking” to see the ranking of the candidates.
