General Programming and Analytical Reasoning

Test that combines logical reasoning questions with a question about algorithms. It allows you to evaluate both the current programming skills of the candidate, as well as their potential, given their capacity for logical reasoning. Since this programming test uses pseudo-code it does not have a bias related to the knowledge of a specific language.

As this test is very general, it is applicable to different profiles. It is recommended as a first filter for any developer profile, especially when the capacity and potential are more important than the knowledge and management of a particular language.
