You can evaluate up to 5 candidates at no cost during the first month, and then purchase a plan to continue using the assessment platform.

Yes. Evalart allows you to:

• Use tests from the catalog without any changes.
• Modify the tests by adding or removing questions, adjusting the time limit,
  question weight, or order.
• Create tests from scratch, using multiple-choice questions, open-ended
  questions, images, video-response questions, and other formats.

You can input questions manually or import them from a file for added
convenience.

Once you have created an Evalart account (by clicking the “Free Trial” button), you can purchase a plan directly from the platform by accessing the Plans and Pricing menu.

Currently, the available payment methods are credit or debit card and international wire transfer (for annual plans only).

Evalart uses a credit-based model, where one credit equals one candidate per process. This means 1 credit is deducted for every candidate who starts at least one test, regardless of how many tests are assigned. If a candidate doesn’t start any test, the credit is automatically refunded.

We offer several options to suit your needs:

• Monthly plans, ideal for ongoing hiring. These renew automatically each month and include packages for 20, 30, or 50 candidates, starting at $80 USD for the Regular Plan and $100 USD for the Premium Plan.
• Annual plans for large volumes, allowing you to purchase all your credits upfront and use them throughout the year. Options range from 1,000 to 10,000 candidates, with volume discounts available.
• Starter Pack: a one-time payment option to evaluate up to 10 candidates for $50 USD, valid for 6 months.

Premium Plans include additional benefits such as WhatsApp support, ATS/API integration, and linked accounts.

Test results are available immediately after the candidate completes the test. You can set up email alerts to be notified or access the results directly through the platformʼs reports section.
