Does Evalart have a free trial?
Yes, and you don't need a credit card. The free plan lets you evaluate up to 5 candidates to get to know the platform before choosing a paid plan.
How does pricing work? Do I pay per test or per candidate?
You pay per candidate evaluated, not per number of tests. A candidate can take all the tests you need within the same process, and it only uses a single credit.
You can choose a monthly subscription or a fixed credit pack, whichever suits you best.
What happens if a candidate doesn't end up taking the test?
If the candidate never started any test, you'll get those credits back. You'll never pay for invitations that went unused.
What types of tests does the catalog include?
Our catalog includes more than 500 tests, covering programming (with real code execution), psychometrics (DISC, Big Five), aptitude and intelligence, technical and industry knowledge (banking, IT, sales), and languages. You can also create your own tests.
How does Evalart prevent a candidate from cheating?
Evalart monitors every test in real time. Webcam footage, identity, and suspicious behavior are automatically recorded, and the system flags risk cases without disqualifying anyone on its own — the final decision always stays in the recruiter's hands.
