About this test
The DISC test is based on the theory of psychologist William Moulton and evaluates 4 dimensions: Dominance: indicates how decisive the person is, accepting risks and striving to achieve his or her goals. Influence: Indicates how sociable and outgoing the person is and his or her ability to influence others. Stability: Measures how much the person prefers a stable and controlled environment, appreciating organization and structure. Conscientiousness: Determines the level of commitment, as well as the person's analytical and objective approach. Evalart's DISC test measures each of these dimensions and also indicates one of the 15 classic profiles associated with the combination of values that the candidate obtains. The DISC test has the advantage of being able to be answered in a short time by the candidate and is also simpler to interpret than other psychometric tests.
