About this test

The Evalart Leadership Test measures 8 personality characteristics that correlate with effective leadership. Each of these characteristics has solid support in terms of studies that validate their positive impact on the ability to lead: Assertiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Organization, Ability to Inspire, Communication, Emotional Responsibility and Charisma. The leadership test report provides a score for each of the characteristics, as well as an overall combined score. For this overall score, the report includes a description of the meaning of the score in terms of the range in which the candidate's score falls. Additionally, the report includes a description of each of the dimensions assessed. This test can be used to evaluate candidates for positions that require leading teams or for which it is important to be able to influence and mobilize other people.
