To create a process, being inside the Evalart administration module, go to the “Processes” menu and select “New Process”. Enter a name for the process, such as “Junior Developer Alpha Project” and a description. Click on “Save” to create the process.
Once created, the process will be redirected to the Processes list. The last created process always appears at the beginning of the list. To add questionnaires and people to the process, click on the person’s icon.
The process configuration view has two sections “Questionnaires” and “People”. Clicking on the folder icon in the questionnaires section opens a window to choose the questionnaire to be used (it is possible to choose more than one, although it is quite common to use only one).
In the people section you can add candidates to the process. It is possible to add candidates that you already have in your Evalart database or add new ones, either individually or importing from a file. To add a new person you must click on the “+” button. Enter the candidate’s information and the email address where the questionnaires will be sent.
To view or edit the email message, click on the envelope icon. You can customize the text as desired or use the templates directly using the “Replace with” option.
Done all this, click on “Save”. Clicking on “Preview” will show an example of the mail the candidates will receive.
Finally, click on “Send” so that the emails are sent to the candidates.
