Administrative Assistant
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant for our company. This role is key to our organization's success, since the Administrative Assistant is responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. As a member of the administration team, this position plays a key part in coordinating important activities and meeting objectives.
Responsibilities
Support the team in coordinating activities and executing initiatives.
Manage the area leaders' schedules, making sure they're well organized and that all appointments and meetings are kept.
Prepare reports and presentations to support management's decision-making.
Coordinate the logistics of events and meetings, making sure everything is ready from start to finish.
Manage the team's communications and emails to keep communication smooth and clear.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in administrative assistant roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High attention to detail.
Positive attitude and motivation to work as part of a team.
Basic computer skills; experience with programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is desirable.
