Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and tea beverages for our customers

  • Greet and take customer orders in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Give customers personalized recommendations based on their preferences

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and follow food safety standards

  • Accurately process payments, refunds, and cash withdrawals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in barista work and customer service is a plus, but not required. We offer training

  • Love of coffee and basic knowledge of the different types of beans and preparations

  • Ability to work as a team and under pressure

  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
