Benefits Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Benefits Administrator to join our team! The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for administering and coordinating employee benefits programs in the region. Our ideal candidate must be passionate about employee well-being and committed to providing excellent internal customer service.
Responsibilities
Administer and coordinate benefits programs, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance
Work with providers to properly administer benefit plans
Provide education and guidance to employees about available benefits
Manage disability and injured worker cases in collaboration with providers and employees' managers
Participate in budget processes and project benefit costs
Work collaboratively with the Human Resources team to ensure employees are informed and up to date on current benefits programs
Handle benefits claims and resolve issues with employees
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
2+ years of experience administering benefits programs
Solid knowledge of all federal and state laws related to benefits programs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong ability to work as a team and in collaboration with other departments
Impeccable organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks at once.
