Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This position will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for analyzing the operational and financial performance of the business, as well as conducting market analysis and project evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze the operational and financial performance of the business.

  • Conduct market analysis and project evaluation.

  • Prepare reports with results and recommendations for the Area Manager.

  • Research and analyze market and industry trends to improve business strategy.

  • Participate in the development of action plans and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

  • At least three years of work experience in financial or business analysis.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work as a team, be detail-oriented, and have effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Be proactive and have a reliable, positive attitude.
