Childcare Teacher

Responsibilities
Design and implement teaching and development plans for preschool-age children.
Coordinate and oversee recreational and pedagogical activities for children, fostering their interaction and collaboration.
Evaluate children's learning progress and skills, and design individual improvement plans for each one.
Provide adequate care and personalized attention to each child, in a safe and enriching environment.
Maintain effective and constant communication with parents, informing them about their children's progress, development, and needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in preschool education, child psychology, or related fields.
Previous experience caring for and teaching preschool-age children, preferably at educational institutions.
Knowledge of pedagogical techniques and skills for managing groups of preschool-age children.
Ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with children, parents, and coworkers.
Availability to work full time and comply with the schedules established by the organization.

How do you handle challenging behavior in children?
The candidate is expected to explain how they handle challenging behaviors, including specific strategies according to the child's age, as well as specific problems and situations where they have dealt with similar symptoms.
What measures do you take to focus on children's safety?
The candidate is expected to review how they focus on children's safety and whether they have knowledge of first aid, as well as whether they have experience in emergency situations.
How do you plan and schedule activities for children?
The candidate is expected to provide specific details of how they plan and prepare activities for children, considering individual ages and needs, and how they ensure a variety of timely and appropriate activities for each age group.
What teaching and pedagogical skills do you have?
