Responsibilities
Supervise, control, and coordinate the pharmacotherapy of assigned patients.
Track and evaluate the results obtained with pharmacotherapy.
Participate in developing individualized care plans for patients and provide pharmaceutical advice.
Coordinate and collaborate with the health team in the area where they work.
Perform pharmacological research tasks and update knowledge on pharmaceutical products.
Requirements
Pharmacy degree from a recognized University.
Certification in Clinical Pharmacy or proven experience in the field of at least 2 years.
Solid knowledge of clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy.
Team management skills; with great ability to work as a team and collaboratively.
Ability to work under pressure, with a sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills.
Advanced command of Spanish, and ability to communicate in English.
