Construction Estimator
We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our work team. This person will be responsible for evaluating the cost of construction projects in the assigned area, using their field knowledge to accurately calculate construction costs and deliver a transparent proposal for our clients. The selected candidate will be a key part of our team and must show a high level of responsibility, commitment, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Evaluate the cost of construction projects
Accurately calculate the costs of materials, labor, necessary machinery, and other required expenses
Communicate project costs and details clearly and effectively to the work team and the client
Collaborate with other departments, such as the design, engineering, and construction team, to ensure the proposal is coherent and rigorous
Requirements
Previous experience as a Construction Estimator on large and complex construction projects
Knowledge of the technical requirements and safety standards of the construction industry
Advanced math skills and ability to work with complex calculations
Strong organizational ability and excellent communication skills, to ensure proper coordination with the collaborating team and the client
Valid Driver's License
Technical or higher education level
