Corporate Trainer
Join our team as a Corporate Trainer! We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who is willing to help our team reach its full potential and take our company to the next level. As part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for training, developing, and guiding company staff.
Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs for employees.
Assess employees' training needs and provide effective solutions.
Monitor and evaluate employees' progress during and after training programs.
Provide frequent and effective feedback to employees and the Human Resources team.
Ensure employees are meeting the company's standards regarding quality, productivity, and customer service.
Develop and maintain up-to-date and effective training materials.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar position.
Knowledge of training program design and training needs assessment.
Ability to provide constructive and effective feedback.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively with other team members.
Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
