Environmental Health and Safety Engineer

We are looking for an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer to join our team at a major engineering company. The position is based on establishing and maintaining environmental health and safety measures in the work area, in order to ensure a safe work environment and comply with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain environmental health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Identify hazards and assess environmental risks by conducting research, inspections, and data analysis.

  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

  • Conduct incident analysis, investigations, and present reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Train staff on environmental health and safety programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in the environmental health and safety area.

  • Knowledge of environmental standards and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
