Event Manager
We are looking for an Event Manager for our company, in charge of planning, executing, and overseeing the company's events and activities.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events and activities that meet the company's objectives and needs.
Prepare budgets for each event and track expenses to keep them within proposed limits.
Interact with different suppliers to choose the best prices and services that guarantee the event's success.
Oversee and coordinate the work of staff in charge of event logistics and execution.
Evaluate the impact and results of each event and suggest improvements for future activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in planning and executing corporate events.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel for budget preparation.
Knowledge of logistics and supplier coordination for events.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and planning ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
