Executive Secretary
We're looking for an Executive Secretary, who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, ensuring their efficient performance. This position is key to ensuring the flow of information and the achievement of the area's goals.
Responsibilities
Coordinate executives' schedules and meetings.
Prepare and review administrative documents.
Handle the area's phone calls and emails.
Manage the area's filing and documentation.
Oversee the receipt and dispatch of correspondence.
Provide support in organizing internal and external events.
Requirements
Technical degree in secretarial studies or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Knowledge of office software, especially Microsoft Office.
Excellent writing and spelling skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
Good interpersonal communication and attention to detail.
Proactivity and a customer service orientation.
