Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team! This position is key to our organization, as the role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and the optimal performance of our products in the field. This position will focus on providing on-site technical support and solving any problem related to our products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide field technical support and resolve technical problems that may arise with our products.

  • Install and configure our equipment at the customer site, so the customer can get the most out of the product.

  • Maintain constant communication with the internal engineering team to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

  • Document and report all technical support cases and continuously review product maintenance records to ensure proper functioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or information technology.

  • Previous experience in field technical support, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Knowledge of handling measuring instruments and tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in changing environments.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Availability to travel around the country or abroad to attend to customers.
