Field Service Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of technological equipment and systems at customers in the assigned area.

  • Attend to technical service requests in the shortest possible time and follow up on incidents until resolution.

  • Verify the correct identification and recording of incidents and their resolution in the service management system.

  • Provide technical support and training to users of installed equipment and systems.

Requirements

  • Technician or Engineer in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field service technician in the technology area.

  • Knowledge of networks, operating systems, and hardware for computers, printers, photocopiers, and communications equipment.

  • Availability to travel frequently and have a driver's license.

  • Good spelling, writing, and verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

  • Customer service attitude, results-oriented, and teamwork.

  • Preferably residing in the area.
