Filing Clerk

Our team is looking for a Filing Clerk. The main goal of this position is to handle and organize documents and files to ensure information is accessible to the work team.

Responsibilities

  • Classify and organize documents and files according to established standards.

  • Maintain and update records and databases.

  • Coordinate and follow up on document and file requests and deliveries.

  • Support the preparation of reports requested by the company.

  • Manage work supplies, equipment, and tools.

Requirements

  • High school diploma in Archival Science, Administration, or related fields.

  • Knowledge of file and document management and organization.

  • Skill using office tools and technology (Office suite, email, among others).

  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

  • Availability to work full time.
