Front Desk Representative
We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic and constantly growing team. This is a key position in our business, as the Front Desk Representative will be the first person to greet our customers and visitors. We expect the ideal candidate to have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors and ensure they feel welcome.
Handle the phone line and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Coordinate the necessary arrangements for meetings and customer visits.
Maintain an impeccable appearance of the front desk and common area.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
Ability to work autonomously and also as a team.
Previous experience in a similar position is desired, but not required.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including some weekends.
