Health Assistant
We are looking for a passionate Health Assistant to join our team. This position is fundamental to managing and following up on patient medical care. The selected candidate must have strong knowledge in the health field and skills in organization and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee patient medical care services.
Assist medical staff in performing medical and surgical procedures.
Manage and maintain medical documentation accurately and completely.
Provide guidance to patients and their families about their medical care.
Follow up with patients, including phone follow-up and home visits.
Collaborate with the medical team in developing treatment plans for patients.
Perform administrative tasks assigned by the area medical director.
Requirements
University degree in the health field.
Previous experience in the medical field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team.
Knowledge of computer skills and medical software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Availability to work rotating shifts and long hours if necessary.
