At our hotel, we are looking for a Housekeeper to join our work team. This position is of great importance, since, as part of our cleaning staff, you will be in charge of keeping the assigned area impeccable and presentable to provide the best experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Cleaning and maintenance of assigned rooms, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
Checking details that complete the cleaning, such as the correct placement of towels, paper, soap, and other toiletries.
Maintenance of cleaning products and work tools.
Coordination with the company's maintenance area for the repair of damage and faults found in the rooms.
Ensuring room security and respect for guest privacy.
Requirements
Previous experience as a housekeeper in hotels or private homes.
Responsible and organized to guarantee excellence in the service offered.
Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
