HR Consultant

We are looking for an HR Consultant who is passionate about the development of people and organizations, and who is willing to provide innovative and effective solutions to the challenges of the area. The ideal candidate must be a highly proactive, responsible, and results-oriented person.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee people management policies and strategies.

  • Identify training and development needs, design training plans, and implement training programs for staff.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans to improve employee performance.

  • Ensure compliance with personnel selection, hiring, and retention processes.

  • Provide advice to managers on compensation policies, work climate, and benefits.

  • Perform data analysis and prepare periodic reports on human resources metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar positions.

  • Knowledge of labor laws, selection processes, and people training and development.

  • Ability to work as a team, lead teams, and influence others.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.

  • Proficiency in the Office suite and digital tools for data analysis.
