Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Join our Human Resources team! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at our company. This position is key within the HR department and will be responsible for providing support in the various areas of personnel management.
Responsibilities
Participate in the planning and execution of recruitment and selection processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
Manage employee documentation and records, such as contracts, payroll, and employment files.
Provide support in implementing staff training and development policies and processes, coordinating courses and training programs.
Collaborate in performance evaluation and tracking of staff goals and objectives, generating reports and statistics.
Requirements
Be a university or technical student in administrative and/or human resources areas.
Previous experience in administrative or assistant positions in the human resources area.
Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel management processes.
Skills in using computer tools and common registration and management systems in HR.
Customer orientation and good communication and teamwork skills.
