Human Resources Assistant
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant for our company. This position is key to the success of our Human Resources team and we are excited to find someone passionate and motivated to join us. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play an important role in managing our organization's human capital.
Responsibilities
Help with personnel administration, including preparing contracts, certifications, reports, and other related documents
Assist in organizing training and development activities for staff
Participate in the selection and hiring process for new employees, including posting job ads and conducting preliminary interviews
Maintain and update the employee database and personnel documentation
Provide support in managing payroll, benefits, and other matters related to employee pay
Participate in special projects related to Human Resources management
Provide general administrative assistance to the Human Resources department
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
Practical knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
Ability to work autonomously and with a high degree of confidentiality
