Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our company's team. Responsibilities
Assist in managing all Human Resources processes.
Help search for and select talent for the department, including reviewing resumes, evaluating candidates, and conducting interviews.
Administer the company's Human Resources policies and procedures.
Keep Human Resources records and statistics up to date and accurate.
Coordinate and participate in employee development projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources management or a related position.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work as a team and independently.
