Human Resources Officer
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic and constantly evolving team. This position is key to our organization and its main task is to provide effective support to employees on all aspects related to human resources.
Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the process of hiring, training, and developing employees.
Handle and keep up to date employee documentation, such as contracts, performance records, vacations, and leaves.
Coordinate the implementation of human resources programs and policies.
Provide support and guidance on labor legal matters and conflict management with employees.
Collaborate in designing activities to improve the work environment and staff motivation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2 years of experience in similar positions.
Broad knowledge of labor laws and conflict management.
Ability to build solid relationships with employees and management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work as a team and in a dynamic environment.
Experience using computer programs and handling electronic files.
