Instructional Designer
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our work team. The main objective of this position is to create and implement quality teaching and training plans for our company's employees. Responsibilities
Develop courses and training programs for company staff.

Requirements
University degree in Instructional Design, Pedagogy, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in developing teaching materials.
Aptitude for innovating and proposing creative solutions to teaching problems.
