Insurance Agent
At our insurance company, we are looking for an Insurance Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping clients protect their assets and loved ones, through a personalized and individualized approach to selling insurance. Responsibilities
Identify clients' needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
Develop new relationships and business opportunities while working with existing clients.
Work with clients to review and identify changes in their insurance needs, concerns, and interest in plans and products.
Provide excellent customer service, through phone calls and email, to follow up and close deals.
Quantify risks and design strategies to manage the portfolio, maximizing the company's sales and net income.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
Ability to understand and explain various insurance terms, strategies, and options.
Ability to work as a team, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to generate prospect leads independently and innovate processes to achieve it.
Current Insurance Agent license, or the ability to obtain one in a short time.
High school diploma or equivalent, technical or higher level is a plus.
