IT Help Desk Technician

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze information from customers requesting technical support.

  • Provide phone and online technical support in accordance with established procedures.

  • Ensure technical support requests are handled promptly and effectively.

  • Resolve basic technical problems and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical support team.

  • Assist users with software and device installation and configuration.

  • Manage and monitor the knowledge base to ensure the quality and availability of technical information.

  • Identify problem areas in the technical support process and recommend solutions to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of computing and operating systems.

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Ability to learn and apply new technical knowledge.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.

  • Be proactive and a good problem solver.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts and night hours.

  • Provable experience in customer service or technical support.
