IT Technical Support

We are looking for IT Technical Support to join our work team. As Technical Support, you will be the main point of contact for all technology-related issues. Your experience in problem-solving, customer service focus, and technical skills will be essential to ensure our users receive the timely assistance they need.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and training to users.

  • Evaluate and solve IT equipment and software problems.

  • Configure and repair IT hardware and software.

  • Manage and update operating systems and software applications.

  • Manage and configure email servers and printers.

  • Ensure users have secure access to IT resources.

  • Document and log assistance requests and resolution results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Systems or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT technical support.

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.

  • Advanced knowledge of email applications and systems, printers, and LAN networks.

  • Good communication skills to explain the problem resolution process to users clearly and concisely.

  • Ability to solve problems in high-pressure situations with multiple assistance requests at the same time.
