Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer software and hardware.
Manage and administer databases and servers.
Address and resolve user incidents in the shortest possible time.
Perform backup and data recovery tasks.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment.
Provide technical support on technology projects.
Requirements
Have knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Studies in computer science, systems, or related areas.
Knowledge of networks, electronics, and computer security.
Previous experience in similar positions of at least 2 years.
Proactivity, ability to work as a team, and good communication.
Set priorities and meet delivery deadlines.
Certifications such as CCNA, MCP, MCSA, and CompTIA A+ are valued positively.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
