Legal Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route internal and external phone calls and emails for the area.

  • Prepare and follow up on files the area is involved in.

  • Carry out procedures and processes such as billing, contracts, and dealings with public and private entities.

  • Organize and manage the schedule of lawyers and area coordinators.

  • Perform any other task assigned based on the area's needs.

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Basic knowledge of legal regulations.

  • Advanced use of Office tools, especially Excel.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work as a team and solve problems.
