Litigation Legal Assistant

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and filing litigation-related documents with courts, tribunals, and other judicial authorities.
Draft briefs, communications, and other documents necessary for litigation proceedings.
Conduct thorough research on legal cases and prepare accurate reports on them.
Contribute to preparing arguments for hearings and oral trials.
Keep track of deadlines and filing dates for documents related to cases.
Requirements
Law degree with at least 2 years of litigation experience.
Up-to-date knowledge of legislation and procedures related to litigation.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent research and analysis ability.
Ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively with other areas of the company.
