Medical Secretary

We're looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Medical Secretary to join our team! The Medical Secretary will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, assisting the general public, and providing administrative support to medical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments based on doctors' availability.

  • Answer phone calls and provide general information about the services offered.

  • Greet people visiting the clinic and direct them appropriately.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as keeping medical records up to date, handling correspondence, and performing billing tasks.

  • Keep the clinic clean and orderly.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.

  • Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel) and good email skills.

  • Previous experience in the medical field is a plus, but not a strict requirement.

  • Completed secondary education at minimum.
