Network Technician

We are looking for a Network Technician to provide support and solutions to problems that may arise in the company's network. The selected person must be passionate about technology and willing to work as a team to ensure the proper functioning of our network.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor network performance and stability.

  • Identify and resolve network problems.

  • Install and configure new network equipment.

  • Perform security tests and troubleshoot vulnerabilities.

  • Keep network procedures and documentation up to date.

  • Identify and implement improvements to optimize network processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the networking field.

  • Knowledge of network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).

  • Ability to work as a team and under pressure.

  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.

  • Knowledge of network protocols and network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, among others.

  • Certification in networking or network security is desirable.
