Office Assistant
We're looking for an Office Assistant to join our company. This role provides administrative and technical support to ensure the office runs effectively. The ideal candidate will be an organized person, able to work as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and proficiency with operating systems.
Responsibilities
Manage the company's documents and records.
Coordinate meetings, events, and business travel.
Receive and route incoming phone calls and emails.
Create and update spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
Assist with the management of assigned projects and tasks.
Perform other administrative and technical functions as required.
Requirements
Previous work experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
Knowledge of operating systems, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
Must be a proactive, responsible, and reliable person.
