Paid Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Manager, a creative professional passionate about digital marketing who wants to lead and develop effective advertising campaigns for our company. Responsibilities
Create and manage paid marketing strategies to increase the company's visibility and sales
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
Create effective SEM, Display, and Social Media advertising campaigns
Create and monitor key performance metrics in Google Analytics and other platforms
Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively
Identify and collaborate with influencers and sponsors to achieve greater reach
Work as a team with the design and editorial team to create attractive and effective advertising materials
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
3+ years of experience in Paid Marketing and Campaign Design
Experience in Data Analysis and use of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Leadership and Communication skills to work effectively with cross-departmental teams.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced knowledge of English.
Passion for Digital Marketing and experience working at an advertising agency will be positively valued.
