Patient Care Technician

Responsibilities
Attend to patients as they enter and exit the medical center, providing personalized and empathetic care.

Carry out the patient registration process in the management system, updating their personal and contact information.
Deliver medical test results to patients, explaining them clearly and simply.
Assist in conducting satisfaction surveys to verify the quality of the service offered.
Collaborate with medical staff in solving specific patient problems, offering appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Requirements
Have technical or university studies in health or related fields.
Experience in customer service or patient care positions or roles.
Knowledge of information recording, basic computer systems management, and appointment and schedule control.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and effectiveness in dealing with patients.
Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
