Payroll Accountant
We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our work team. This position is crucial to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our employees' payroll and to comply with tax and labor requirements.
Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing and updating the staff roster.
Process and verify payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Keep records of hours worked, vacation, leave, and other employee benefits up to date.
Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements, such as tax payments and filing government returns.
Perform bank reconciliations and other financial records necessary for the payroll area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Previous experience handling payroll and staff rosters.
Knowledge of legal and tax regulations regarding payroll.
Ability to work as a team and under pressure.
Excellent numerical and calculation skills.
Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
