Payroll Administrator

We have an exceptional opportunity for someone with administrative and leadership skills in the payroll area! We are looking for a highly organized and proactive person to take on the role of Payroll Administrator, with experience in payroll processing and broad knowledge of tax and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of payroll professionals.

  • Process and oversee the payment of salaries, bonuses, and payroll deductions, complying with tax and labor regulations.

  • Coordinate with the Human Resources area to ensure that all employee changes are reflected in payroll effectively and promptly.

  • Manage the vacation, leave, and other commitments process that affects payroll.

  • Prepare and send payroll reports and documents to management and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing and managerial positions.

  • Broad knowledge of tax and labor regulations applicable to a company's payroll.

  • Proficiency in payroll software and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
