We are a leading company in the electrical sector and are looking for a Payroll Clerk. The payroll area is responsible for ensuring fair and timely payment of salaries to all our staff. Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly staff payroll.
Verify and control calculations for overtime, commissions, and other salary items.
Record payroll in the company's management system.
Calculate and pay social benefits, vacations, and severance payments.
Address workers' questions and inquiries regarding their salary and social benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or similar positions.
Knowledge of using payroll IT tools and business management systems.
Numerical ability and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work as a team and under pressure.
